Nigel Ashfield
Managing Director
Nigel is managing director of Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Nigel is the fund manager of The Freehold Income Trust. Previously he was Managing Director of Close Brothers’ Property Division where he worked for ten years. Nigel qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC in London after studying law at university.
Steven Oliver
Deputy Managing Director
Steven is deputy managing director of Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Steven has 17 years experience in banking, investment and the property finance markets in both Barclays and Abbey National and, since 2007, as the Fund Manager of CTC. Steven was previously deputy managing director of Close Brothers Property Division In addition Steven is the Fund Manager of other UK and European property funds managed by Alpha.
Anthony Buckley
Operations Director
Anthony is Director of Operations at Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Anthony is responsible for operations across a range of both onshore and offshore commercial and residential property funds. Previously Anthony was Director of Operations at Close Brothers’ Property Division where he worked for 6 years. Before that he worked in public practice in New Zealand for 7 years, specialising in business advisory and taxation advice for SMEs and high net worth individuals. Anthony qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001.
Anthony Wyld
Marketing Consultant
Anthony Wyld is Marketing Consultant at Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Anthony is a Chartered Surveyor who has spent the last 30 years successfully marketing property investments to professional intermediaries. In 1999 he joined Close Brothers as managing director of Close Property Investment launching a range of closed and open ended property funds. He left Close Brothers in 2007 but returned with the acquisition of the Close Brothers’ Property Division by Alpha.
Blake Sand
Divisional Director
Blake Sand is head of Client Services at Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Blake is responsible for the overall management of the client services team and to deliver a high quality service to all customers through both in house administration teams, and the management of relationships with all third party service providers. Previously Blake worked for Close Brothers’ property division for 13 years, also as head of client services.
Chris Taylor
Divisional Director
Chris Taylor is a Divisional Director at Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Chris is primarily responsible for our closed ended special opportunities funds and Close Ashton Park. Chris qualified as a certified chartered accountant in 2002 and previously spent 7 years at Close Brothers’ Property Division.
Stephen Daniels
Divisional Director
Stephen Daniels is a Divisional Director at Alpha Real Property Investment Advisers LLP which is a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital LLP.
Stephen is the Fund Manager of the CTC Inheritance Tax Mitigation Product and is the assistant Fund Manager of the Freehold Income Trust. Stephen began his career at the Accenture Corporation in 2004, working initially in financial operations before joining the corporation’s Finance and Performance Management consulting division. He is a qualified chartered certified accountant, and previously spent four years at Close Brothers’ Property Division.
